Integrative Psychotherapy

Approach

Therapy with me is a place to slow down and become curious about the patterns shaping your relationships, emotions, and choices. Together, we work to understand not only what is happening now, but how past experiences and relationships may continue to influence the way you move through the world.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, while also drawing from attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness when useful. I tend to be active and engaged in the room - offering observations, asking questions, and helping you translate insight into meaningful change in your everyday life.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and an active presence to therapy. I believe that understanding ourselves more deeply can create new possibilities - in our relationships, in the choices we make, and in how we experience our lives.

My goal is to help clients develop greater insight into themselves while also finding meaningful, practical ways to create change.
