Practice Offerings

  • Child-centered play therapy is a specialized form of therapy designed to help children express themselves and work through their emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Instead of relying on traditional talk therapy, children are encouraged to communicate through play, using toys, games, and art materials. Through this process, children can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, improve their coping strategies, and build healthier relationships with others.

  • Individual therapy offers a confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in depth. Through personalized sessions, you can gain insight into patterns of behavior, uncover underlying issues, and develop coping strategies to navigate life's challenges more effectively. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, ultimately empowering you to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.

  • Couples therapy provides a safe environment for partners to address and navigate challenges within their relationship. Couples can explore communication patterns, resolve conflicts, and deepen understanding and empathy for one another. Through collaborative sessions, couples cultivate stronger connections, learn effective tools for problem-solving, and work towards building a more resilient and fulfilling partnership.

  • I offer live video therapy to clients in Massachusetts, Vermont, and California. This option is for those who are seeking care that's accessible when coming to the office isn't an option. My practice is equipped with a HIPAA compliant platform and is accessible to clients who have a computer or phone with audio and video capability.

  • Supervision offers a structured and supportive framework for professional development and growth. Through regular meetings clinicians have the opportunity to reflect on their clinical work, receive feedback, and enhance their skills and competencies. This collaborative process ensures ethical practice, fosters self-awareness, and ultimately enriches the quality of care provided to clients.

  • Providing a second opinion entails a comprehensive reevaluation of a patient's case, exploring alternative diagnoses and treatment strategies. This approach aims to enhance diagnostic accuracy, treatment efficacy, and overall patient well-being by offering fresh insights and perspectives. It promotes a collaborative and evidence-based approach to mental health care, ensuring that individuals receive the most suitable interventions for their needs.

  • Neuropsychological assessment offers a detailed evaluation of cognitive and emotional functioning, utilizing specialized tests to assess various brain functions such as memory, attention, and problem-solving skills. These assessments provide valuable insights into the impact of neurological conditions, brain injuries, or cognitive impairments on an individual's daily functioning and quality of life. By pinpointing strengths and weaknesses, neuropsychological assessments inform personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies tailored to each individual's unique needs.
